Welcome to the homepage of the Clinical Guideline Services - User Group.

With our web-based guideline development portal, we offer the ideal platform for a qualitative, transparent developing and updating of your clinical guidelines.In addition we support guideline development groups in literature research and critical appraisal,and provide introductory seminars for clinical guideline development.

Are you already an active member of a guideline development group?At your personal portal section -all information, tools and features to edit your guideline are available.If you do not yet have valid login details, please get in contact with your guideline coordinator, who will arrange for the necessary.

Methodological literature reviewThe focus in guideline development has shifted in recent years -from simple recommendations towards clinical guidelines, where recommendations and statements are developed by group of expertsbased on accepted standards and relevant literature references. Cooperation and membership

The CGS-UserGroup e.V. is committed to work according to the quality rules of the German Association of the Scientific Medical Societies (AWMF), and cooperates in joint seminars for guideline development.
The UserGroup Association is member of GIN. The Guidelines International Network (GIN) enables organisations and individuals to work together on issues and projects related to guideline development, implementation and research.
The UserGroup Association supports the concept of Evidence-based Medicine, and is therefore member of DNEbM. The German Network for Evidence-based Medicine is a competence and reference center for all aspects of evidence-based medicine.
